Our quality management system is registered as being compliant with the International Standard, ISO 9001. This has been certified by a third-party, global registrar, Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI). The ISO 9001 standard covers all 20 of the elements of quality systems identified in the ISO 9000 Series Standards developed by the 100-member-nation, International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
Compliance with ISO 9001 assures that a quality system is in place to produce and deliver products and services in a consistent and repeatable manner.
The process of attaining registration to ISO 9001 has given our organization additional discipline in all our procedures and practices throughout. It has promoted efficiency and provided additional information to management as we strive for continuous improvement in our products, in our procedures and in our services to our customers.
